Our ideal clients seek to improve their financial position via touch, quality, and proactive financial advice. Someone who is committed to a long-term financial plan and seeks an adviser who they are willing to trust to assist with their long-term vision of financial independence.

Our first meeting will usually take between 60-90 minutes where we will spend time learning about you and what you are trying to achieve.  Depending on the complexity of your situation we may require 2 or 3 meetings.  To assist with the process we are also likely to ask you for some documentation if we need this in order to provide you a quote for advice.

Scope

We work out what your vision looks like and agree on what goals you are trying to achieve and scope the advice that you require from us.

The scope of advice should have been determined in the first interview the adviser had with you.  Although you may not know what this is before the initial meeting, by the end of your appointment your adviser should have uncovered specific areas of your situation that need to be addressed to put you in a better financial position in the short, medium, or long-term.  These areas are then translated into your scope of advice.

Strategy

This is the exciting part, we will research the facts and figures to formulate strategies to achieve your goals.

Advice

This is where we deliver you your Financial Plan, which is tailored to achieve your goals. We will schedule a meeting or for those out of town, we will schedule an online zoom meeting to go through the recommendation in detail and answer any questions that you may have.

We pride ourselves on the quality of service that we provide to our clients. In order to help us maintain this high level of service, we limit the amount of one-off transactional work we take on.  This ensures we continue the highest level of service for our existing clients and the best outcomes for new and one-off clients.

Implementation

If your plan requires any implementation from Smart Wealth Financial Solutions, we will ensure this is implemented correctly and at the right time.

Ongoing Process

At Smart Wealth Financial Solutions, we know that change is inevitable, and we welcome this! If you engage us, we will look to alter your plan in line with your circumstances as well as the current economic and market conditions on an annual basis.  We love working with clients to see them achieve their goals.
